Zaha graduated from the University of Sussex, UK in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Geography. As a project assistant she works under the REDEFINE Project, carrying out research, project coordination, and engaging with local communities and stakeholders for effective implementation.

Prior to joining SIGS, she worked as an Intern and Research Assistant at ENDEVOR, where she supported civil society organizations in developing community-conserved areas and contributed to island development planning initiatives.
