Youshau graduated from Monash University Malaysia in 2025 with a double degree in Bachelor of Business and Commerce and Bachelor of Digital Media and Communication.

He brings experience in programming for young people and communications through internships at UNICEF Maldives and Dhiraagu respectively and is the communications focal point at SIGS, where he oversees communications and advocacy initiatives while providing support across projects and programmes.
